The kids loved the aqua park and we enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool after a fun day. The only hiccup was the bus schedule to the beach—it could use a few more runs during peak times. 😊

The pool view from our bungalow was stunning and added to our stay. The activities for kids were genuinely impressive, with a variety of slides and pools to keep them entertained.

Although the entertainment options were plentiful, some evenings felt crowded.

Had a fantastic time at Pickalbatros. The facilities are impressive. The pools are gorgeous, and the aqua park kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Mr Ahmed Tohamy stood out, always smiling and eager to help. Food options were a hit, especially the themed buffet nights. Black Hole slide was thrilling! Small disappointment with limited alcoholic mixers—couldn’t find my favorite cocktails. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, especially in our room, which made it tricky to stay connected. Overall, I would definitely come back.

The complex offered a great family experience with an incredible water park and friendly staff, but navigating to the different dining options could be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the internet connection was spotty, which was a slight inconvenience during our stay.
